Courtyard at 7am
Mats down before the sun hits the bay. Coffee from the ground-floor kitchen. The group gathers slowly — no lobby, no other guests, just your programme starting on your schedule.

Breakout across the villa
Plenary in the loft bar area or courtyard; small groups in separate apartments. The internal staircase makes flow natural — together when you need it, private when you don't.
Meals
Long lunch in the courtyard
Self-catered spread or chef-prepared platters on the outdoor table. Participants stay on site instead of scattering to restaurants — the social fabric of the retreat stays intact.
Evening
Pool, then privacy
Afternoon free time at the pool. Evening debrief on the loft balcony. Then everyone retreats to their own en-suite bedroom — rest without awkward hotel corridors.
